Covid - 19 Prevention Plan
To minimize or prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus, we have instituted the following practices and safety precautions for our employees.
All employees are instructed to:
- Stay at home if they are sick or are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms (sneezing, cough, elevated temperature, etc.)
- Wear a mask and practice social distancing.
- Frequently wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.
- Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Covering sneezes or coughs with tissues, if possible, or else with a sleeve or shoulder.
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects that they come in contact during the day such as cell phones and other handheld devices, door handles, etc.
Route Service
While stocking products or repairing machines, our employees follow these procedures:
- Put on disposable gloves upon arriving at a new location before entering the premises.
- Always wear a mask while serving the location.
- Practice social distancing.
- After leaving the premises, dispose of gloves and use hand sanitize.
- Clean and disinfect the inside of their vehicles, particularly the steering wheel and door handles.
We also check with all employees to be sure they have not recently been exposed to anyone having Covid-19 nor have they visited any State or Country of Concern. State mandated quarantine procedures are followed. Further all employees and visitors will have their temperature taken.
Temperature Screenings
Every employee and visitor, upon entering the facility must have their temperature taken. If the individual’s temperature is above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, the individual will be asked to isolate outside of the building for 15 minutes. They will then have their temperature re-tested. If it still is above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit entry to the building will be refused and we will ask them to follow up with their healthcare provider.
